Hold the induction ceremony for the club's new officers at the first club meeting in July. The outgoing president will arrange for the new Area Director to attend the club meeting and perform the ceremony.

Attend the district-sponsored club officer training if you did not attend in June. You can find the dates and times of available club officer trainings on District 39's Calendar.

Hold the club's monthly Executive Committee Meeting with the club officers. Club members can also attend in order to observe. Each officer reports on their plans, accomplishments, and progress on tasks.

Review last year’s Distinguished Club Program (DCP) results for your club.

Establish the club’s goals for the current year’s Distinguished Club Program.

Read your Club Leadership Handbook manual and the Club Officer Calendar.

Set the time and location of the club's monthly Executive Committee Meeting. Each month, create the Club Officer Meeting Agenda and lead the meeting.

You and the club's president should receive an email in March from Toastmasters International's 199N@toastmasters.org email address with instructions on how to file the form. Click here to see the instructions shared in 2019. If you do not receive the email by April 1st, check your email's spam and trash folders.
